Terms of Use
Last updated: 7 August 2026
These terms govern your use of the Moodal website. By using the website, you agree to these terms.
1. About Moodal
This website is operated by Moodal Holdings Limited, trading as Moodal, company number 17066135. Our registered office is 71–75 Shelton Street, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.
2. These terms
By accessing or using this website, you confirm that you accept these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. Our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and any separate promotional terms also apply where relevant.
3. The pre-launch website
Moodal is currently in development. Information, visuals, demonstrations, features, availability, pricing, specifications and launch timings may change. Images and product experiences are illustrative and do not constitute a guarantee that a particular feature will launch.
4. Waitlist registration
You must provide an email address you are authorised to use and keep your information accurate. Joining the waitlist does not create a customer account, guarantee access, reserve a product, or require Moodal to launch by a particular date.
We may reject or remove registrations that are duplicated, automated, fraudulent, unlawful or otherwise misuse the website.
5. Founding Member offer
The offer for eligible early members to receive 12 months of Moodal Premium free is limited, subject to availability and governed by separate Founding Member Offer Terms. Joining the waitlist alone does not guarantee eligibility. We will contact qualifying members with further information.
6. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, scrape it at scale, impersonate another person, submit misleading information, or use it in breach of applicable law or another person’s rights.
7. Intellectual property
The Moodal name, logos, designs, text, graphics, software and other website content are owned by or licensed to Moodal and protected by intellectual property laws. You may view the website for personal, non-commercial use, but may not copy, modify, distribute or commercially exploit it without written permission.
8. Third-party links and references
The website may link to third-party services. We do not control and are not responsible for their availability, content or practices. References to third-party brands do not imply a partnership or endorsement unless expressly stated.
9. Availability and security
We aim to keep the website available and secure, but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or virus-free operation. We may suspend, withdraw, restrict or change all or part of the website without notice.
10. Our responsibility
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, business, opportunity, data or goodwill arising from use of this pre-launch website.
If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected.
11. Changes
We may update these terms as Moodal develops. The current version will be published on this page with its updated date. Continued use after a change means the revised terms apply.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.
